"I've been going to Sukhi for several years now. I always go for the Sports Clinical Massage. I’ve never had such an intense and focused massage from anyone else, and I have had a lot of massages! She will pinpoint the issue area and will work deeply into it. Not for the faint hearted but the results speak for themselves!

Even though she knows me well by now, we always start by discussing where the focus should be. Recently she massaged lumpy scar tissue from a year old operation. She has magic fingers - literally 10 minutes of Sukhi’s hands on me and the lumps were gone the next day! I could not believe it as I’d been massaging oil into the area every day with no change! She has a lovely relaxing calm aura and I very often feel better just from the energy flow between her hands and my body, even without touch. 

She is extremely knowledgeable anatomically about the body and muscles, but also about the body- mind connection. I can’t recommend her enough!"

I have had a massage every month from Sukhi for the last 5 years. It is an important part of my mental and physical health routines just like cycling, swimming and yoga.

I lost someone over Covid and I was holding grief, guilt and shame in my body. I started seeing Sukhi to deal with how those emotions were causing tension and physical pain and she was an integral part of that grieving process. She was able to find and learn where I was holding that tension and is just excellent about getting it out. 

I still carry those memories of grief in my body which occasionally flare up, however current massages are focused on dealing with where I am carrying the stresses of now and on physical recovery from regular exercise. It is part of my monthly wellbeing routine and is as essential to me as gym membership.

Whether it is crisis management or massage to prevent injury, I would certainly recommend Sukhi. She has a style and an authenticity that really works for me, and I have really appreciated and benefited from the time she has spent on me.
